(“OK Wiki” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”) collects, aggregates, stores, safeguards and uses the data and information (including non-public personal information, or “NPI”) provided by users through our website, b6cloud.com - B6 Cloud (the “Site”), as well as information collected by us through other means, including by email, over the phone, or in offline communications. This Site is operated by the Company and has been created to provide information about our company, products, and services (together, the “Services”).

App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OK Wiki collects information from you when you choose to provide it to us through the Site or through any other means.   • All information provided on B6 Cloud websote stored in AWS.

  • We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.

Google OAuth

  • Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google Ireland Limited and is connected to the Google network.

  • This type of service helps the Owner to manage tasks, collaboration and, in general, activities related to productivity. In using this type of service, Data of Users will be processed and may be retained, depending on the purpose of the activity in question.

  • These services may be integrated with a wide range of third-party services disclosed within this privacy policy to enable the Owner to import or export Data needed for the relative activity.

  • Woopra is a web analysis service provided by Woopra, Inc.. Woopra utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Woopra services.

  • Personal Data processed: Tracker; Usage Data.

  • By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes this Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

    • Location Information: we use a third-party database to map the general location to which each IP address corresponds ("Location Information"). The Location Information that is mapped from an IP address is limited to country and city – we do not identify precise location. We use Location Information in order to more effectively provide our Services to our Customers.

How May I Exercise My Individual Rights?

OK Wiki users may access and update their NPI through their account settings in the OK Wiki platform. Users located within the EEA may contact us with questions or requests regarding their NPI using the contact information below. Please note that OK Wiki may request additional information from you to verify your identity before we disclose any personal or account information. We only send marketing communications to users we believe to be located in the EEA with your prior consent, and you may opt out of such communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found within OK Wiki email updates and changing your contact preferences. Please note, you will continue to receive essential account-related information, even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails.

CalOPPA

"Do Not Track" Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA)

We do not currently support Do Not Track ("DNT").  Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.  You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

PAYMENTS

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
